An award-winning leader with over 35 years’ experience advising organisations on taxation, Susan brings a wealth of expertise across the professional, public, and third sectors. With 20 years as a non-executive director and over a decade as an equity partner and business owner, she has developed a strong track record in strategy, governance, and leadership.

Susan has held senior roles at RSM, Crowe and KPMG, playing a pivotal part in managing and growing successful businesses. Her experience spans key areas including HR, finance, remuneration, and risk management. She also regularly commentates in the media on finance, tax, and diversity issues. Susan also brings her own experience of being dyslexic.
