Helpline

Our Helpline email and phone service is currently taking a short break. Please note your email will not be read or a response sent until the email service re-opens. The phone helpline will be back up and running on Tuesday 2 September.

ϵ Helpline is a national service for people with dyslexia and dyscalculia and those who support them. It offers free and confidential information, support and signposting.

How we can help
Please feel free to contact us with any queries about dyslexia.

We answer enquiries about topics including:

  • Dyslexia, dyscalculia and other areas of neurodiversity
  • Diagnosis
  • Education
  • Getting a job
  • Work
  • Accessibility and reasonable adjustments
  • Learning to drive
  • Reading and other life skills

You can call us on 0333 405 4567 at the following times to speak with one of our advisors:

Tuesday 10am to 1pm
Wednesday 1pm to 3pm
Thursday 1pm to 5pm

Calls to the helpline are charged as a local call or included in mobile minutes.You may receive a feedback survey by text after your call.ϵstaff and volunteers must be treated with respect. Abuse or harassment will not be tolerated.
