Their experience, passion, and fresh perspectives will strengthen our work and help drive our mission forward. We look forward to the insight they鈥檒l bring as we continue to grow and serve communities across the country.
Susan Ball
An award-winning leader with over 35 years鈥� experience advising organisations on taxation, Susan brings a wealth of expertise across the professional, public, and third sectors. With 20 years as a non-executive director and over a decade as an equity partner and business owner, she has developed a strong track record in strategy, governance, and leadership.聽
Marlon James Edwards
A professional education practitioner, consultant, and public speaker with over 16 years鈥� experience supporting children, young people, and adults with complex neurodiverse profiles, as well as those facing social and economic barriers. Marlon runs his own business with the aim of empowering community groups, families, schools, and social services to deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching 鈥� working across several schools across the south east.
